I have made an order that is stuck in the same status for a month, I receive no replies to my emails and on the phone they provide for NL I go to voicemail. It does not seem like they have the excellent customer service they say

Followup: trust pilot does not allow to reply to the response from the company so I am adding it to the original review. A bit unacceptable to already comment that it is unfair to leave a review just because the email or name I ordered with is not the same as my review, the order was done with my husband's information and I am still allowed to comment on your service. You do not even address the issue with your customer service phone number,which still goes to voicemail btw. Ordered a Seiko SNK809 in the early hours of Tuesday morning and the watch was on my wrist on Friday afternoon after being shipped from Singapore to Scotland using the DHL express 2-4 day option.

Delighted with the watch which also came with an additional NATO strap and the worldwide guarantee card was date stamped.

I prepaid the customs and tax charges to prevent any delays. This amounted to £28 but the total price was still £50 cheaper than buying the same watch in the UK.

Email updates were provided as well as a tracking link. I have bought items in the UK that have taken far longer to arrive.
